Who Is Eligible

Many Massachusetts residents are eligible for EquiSol! 

Massachusetts renters, landlords, and homeowners who own or live in single or multi-family buildings can apply for no-cost solar installations and/or solar electric bill credits through EquiSol!

The best way to find out if you’re eligible is to fill out our interest form! You could qualify based on: 

• Where in Massachusetts you live (regardless of income), or 
• If you (or your landlord or tenant) qualify for fuel assistance, SNAP, or other federal & state benefits 

If you qualify, EquiSol could: 

• Maximize federal and state incentives to provide an affordable solar installation (with property owner’s permission and collaboration)
• Provide low-income applicants and tenants with ongoing financial benefits in the form of electric bill credits
